A 50:50 joint venture between Ashtenne Plc and Castle Vale Endowment Trust Ltd.

The redevelopment of a difficult, long and narrow brown field site, immediately adjacent to the main railway line, and on the outskirts of the vast Castle Vale Housing estate in Birmingham.

Redeveloped to create a new 4,045 sq m (43,542 sq ft) Enterprise Park specifically focused on Small to Medium Enterprises and "start up" companies.

The development comprises a new two storey "flagship" office to the front of the site, with 7 blocks of terraced industrial units to the rear, providing 41 units in total.

The units range in size from 23 sq m (250 sq ft) to 316 sq m (3,400 sq ft) and provide a flexible and marketable range of units across the site.

The project benefited from both European and English Partnership funding.
