Ribble Valley Enterprise Park lies on the edge of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The client was particularly keen to capture and incorporate this unique setting during the master-planning and detailed design stages.

The master-plan for the site incorporates woodland and lakeside walks among which bespoke designed buildings offer companies the opportunity to develop strong corporate identities in a discreet rural setting.

The Printworks, a prestigious two storey comfort cooled office building at the heart of the site, was designed to "set the standards others would follow".

The building is an illustrated example in CABE's "Better Places to Work" document.

The Printworks provides 11 self contained office suites, ranging in size from 35 sq m (376 sq ft) to 404 sq m (4347 sq ft) and totalling 1,858 sq m (20,000 sq ft).

The Building attracted ERDF Objective 5b funding assistance.
